Big Decisions & A Big Adventure

After more than a year of careful consideration and going back and forth we have made the jump into building a new home! Yup! It's happening people! It felt like we would never find something we loved, but after many prayers and lots of thinking we finally found our new home! 

We found a property down in Payson Utah with a great view and a big lot! 

After spending time signing contract and hanging out in the model home for hours it is exciting! 

Listing our home now was a difficult choice because we love our home and our ward! 

It has been a challenge making a bunch of choices on exactly how we want our home to look! 

The Gilbert Temple is now finished and my family got to go walk through it. I am so jealous that I couldn't myself, but I will get to soon enough! 

This sweet boy keeps my days full of fun and keeps me super busy chasing after him. He has the best personality! 

Our newest nephew to Daxton's delight was born on the 26th of Janurary at 8:11 PM. We got the chance to meet little Aiden and watch a joy he brings to our whole family. 

We are so excited for next month, our little Daxton is turning 1! My goodness this year has blown past us.

Snow Day!

Brad and I haven't been sledding in years! So what better to do than test out my new camera and enjoy the winter! Daxton loved it too! Grandma and Grandpa Hutchings had a baby sled which made it even more fun!

With very few wipe outs (one being Brads) we left exhausted, hungry but loved every minute and so did Daxton! 

Our walkig little man chases after Dad everytime that he leaves for work. 

I had fun practicing with my camera once again and I got some cute Valentines Day  pictures of him! 

Who doesn't love this face!

Brad and I got to enjoy a date night going to the Provo Temple after WAY too long! It's such a blessing to have such a beautiful place so close to home! I know I am definately ready to go back again! It's such a peaceful place to run!

A New Year!

I cannot believe 2013 came and went so fast! With 2014 at our fingertips now we are so excited for what it will bring!! 

Our little angel is just growing faster than ever! He is learning so much! With talking and walking (which his first steps were 12/31/13) and signing it's been so exiting! 

Walks in his wagon are definately a favorite pastime! He smiles the whole time! 

We are kind of obsessed with him :)

Daxton started swim! He does so well!

He kicks his feet and goes under and holds his breath. He also blows bubbles. 

This was definately entertaining and no fun on my part to clean up. I forgot we had baking soda in our bathroom cabinet from our teething whitening. Oops!

So many adventures with this little one.

Christmas Time!

Daxton was definately spoiled on Christmas! It was so fun enjoying Christmas through his eyes. 

He has found a new love for cars and trucks!

As you can tell he is definately a fan! 

Brad got me a new camera and clothes and I got Brad a tablet! 

Their love is just so heart warming to me!

Emily and Gabe brought the kiddos for Christmas which was so fun to see them again!

We built a snow minion, part of our tradition of a new snow creature each year! 

Brad and I loved going ice skating! While Brenda watched the kiddos we got to enjoy some time together. 

Christmas Day we got to FaceTime with Kelton on his mission in Ohio! He is freezing his bum off but loving every second of it too!

Celebrating Christmas with our own little family has brought such a different meaning of it to our home. We are so grateful for our time with family and friends over the holidays but it is so nice to get back to the normalcy of our day to day lives!
